Since 1978, Rutgers Business School (RBS) has trained leaders in business scholarship through its PhD programs. The programs allow doctoral students to collaborate with world-class professors who have expertise in a broad range of research areas. Each program requires four to five years of full-time study, with an emphasis on research from the outset.

In some cases, a student enrolled in another doctoral program at Rutgers (in statistics or psychology, for example), can double major in that program and in one of our programs. Upon graduation, the student's transcript will be annotated to indicate that the student has satisfied the requirements of both programs.
